Looking to cloak for forex lead generation ads

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to cloak forex/crypto trading lead gen ads for facebook and google. Not sure whether I should just hire someone to do it or use the cloaking software myself. Does anyone have experience doing this? If so can you provide any insight into how steep the learning curve is?
