Looking to buy Youtube accounts

I am interested in buying youtube accounts. Long term relationship providing you are serious, and you deliver quality.

I need:

-uniques accounts (sold only to me, not resold to other customers or reused), i think this is pretty obvious but i have encountered some people who didn't think so, duh..

-made on different ips - not exactly every account a different ip, but at most 10 accounts/ per ip. You need dinamic ips for this.

-verified, ready to upload, i want also the emails and passwords used for verifying the accounts

-when you create youtube accounts, you need to select US as your country- even if you are not from there.

Please get back to me if you can do this, i will buy first a sample of 100 accounts, and then i will buy more if accounts are made the way i need them.
