looking to buy websites!

Hi,
Im interested to purchase websites that have high potential to make money from adsense. I would put money into seo and other means of marketing.
The niche needs to be for high paying keywords.

Also sites that are good concepts and have good strategies on earning adsense or affiliate money, i would be interested to see those sites as well.
