I am new here and i am looking for a reputable wholesaler of mopeds/scooters. If anyone know of a supplier they have used or that they know is not a scammer i would really appreciate any information. Thanks!

Can't even be bothered to give your location.

Honestly. Take a few lessons in business, and go to the manufacturer. You're talking $4000+ vehicles not USB pens.

If you want to buy mopeds/scooters from China I can help you.

1. buy a domain, put up a scooter site. I'm sure you can do that in one day.
2. find the scooter you want to sell, look for the manufacturer.
3. call the manufacturer, set up an account.
4. sell scooters!

works every time ;)

Needless to say he won't listen to any real advice, and will end up Western Union'ing his life savings to theweg up there^

Be extremely careful. I got ripped off a few years ago trying to buy high end racing bicycles. I was talking to a number of 'companies' in China and Indonesia. I was stupid enough to Western Union a sizable amount and that was the last I heard of him. At the time I was also looking into getting these gas powered scooters/mopeds.

The moral of the story is do not deal with anyone you find on Alibaba or any of those type sites and especially do not send Western Union. I consider myself a worldly kind of guy that would be able to see right through that, but greed overrode my common sense and I wound up paying for it.

wow and how much you lost man?

Around $1500. I was trying to buy these expensive racing bicycles. They go for $5000 each and this guy was saying he could sell them to me for close to $750, so I ordered two - and got nothing.

Good thing I didn't go for any of those scooters. I would have been taken for way more than that I am sure.

Im in Georgia, I was just looking for any help to point me in the right direction. I don't have a website dealing with scooters but we have been buying used or broken and fixing and selling on craigslist. etc. Nothing big at all, just here and there. I could open a website but i plan on selling locally and eventually going online. However, I am open to any experienced help. Thanks!
