Static resi proxies is good. Problem is that the subnet will be ban if you abusing, but if you can find a provider that can change the sub everytime that you getting ban it's ok

You will get all of this with a mobile phone proxy, it is the safest and most reliable.

For dating apps you will have to use 4G mobile proxies. I am assuming you run them on a phone as this is the one way to do it.
