I am looking to buy massive Kenya traffic to boost Alexa/Similarweb rankings for my ecommerce site targeting to Kenyan.
I don't care it's human or robot traffic, just make sure it's recognized by Alexa and Similarweb.

Try advertising in ppc keeping $0.01 per click as budget, you can get cheapest traffic, or try traffic services providers who can provide traffic.

most of them dont provide kenya traffic here, because they prefer tier 1 or tier 2 countries.

Buy services of off Fiverr, SeoClerks or any other clone sites of the aforementioned ones. I think there a lot available, for a cheap price.
