Hi guys i wanted to buy hosting and domain for my client. Any suggestion? i heard hostwins is good.is there any other more options?

It basically depends upon your client budget , You can go with hostwinds they are good.
 
Would be nice to give us more information, what site is your client running? What is the estimated traffic? What platform? What is the budget?

For sharing hosting you could go with abelohost.com or hostwinds.com

Personally I have stop using shared hosting long time ago, I prefer VPS hosting, lot faster and secure .

I recommend you to buy your domain and hosting in different place. Why? If you ever get mad at your web host and decide to move your site, you'll also probably want to transfer your domain if it's registered with the old host. Domain transfers can be annoying, time-consuming, and confusing. But if you've registered the domain elsewhere, you don't have to do anything except update your DNS settings to point to the new host.

Yes sure you can go for hostwinds. I could see some good reviews on their side. Especially they provide good service for their VPS. You can go through the customer review of their hosting and can make a move.
 
I use Servikus and they're awesome. Great hosting and extremely helpful and responsive customer service. I heard Hostwind is also supposedly good too. It just depends on what you need from a host man.

There are so many variables to consider like your clients budget, you need shared hosting, vps or a dedi, location of audience etc. Usually I check webhostingtalk.com where you can find all major players and also good prices.
