Lately, I have heard more often people talk about older Google Ads accounts than new ones.

Is there really a big difference and does it really matter if you buy old or new ads account? Personally, I have never bought any, but it would be helpful to know from people who have already made that experience if there is a big difference between old and new ads accounts.

It depends on your niche. Old accounts may be more suitable for BH campaigns because the accumulated historical advertising data can increase the account’s trust level within Google’s system.

New accounts, due to their short creation history, are usually more fragile. If you run BH or GH campaigns, the review process may be stricter. However, the advantage of new accounts is that they are more affordable.

older accounts can have a better history but good management matters more than age

Whats really good are real agency accounts. And you might find plenty of sellers (and people renting) those accounts in account selling part of bhw. For a small fee based on your ad spend, you'll have a strong account that will help you in all your needs

By reading the different experiences it is clear that age was only factor.

Yes, there is a major difference between old (aged) and new Google Ads accounts, primarily because of Trust and Stability:

1. Lower Risk of Suspension: New accounts trigger instant automatic flags for "Suspicious Payment" or "Unacceptable Business Practices" much faster. Aged accounts already have trust built up with Google.

2. Higher Daily Spending Limits: New accounts usually face strict daily spend limits at the beginning. Old accounts allow you to scale budgets much faster.

3. Smoother Ad Approvals: Ads generally get reviewed and approved faster on older accounts with a clean history.

However, an old account will still get suspended if you break Google Ads policies—trust just gives you a bit more breathing room and stability!

hi i think old accounts can help a little because they have history and reach but it doesn’t guarantee better results because a new account can also work fine if everything is set up correctly and it also depends more on campaign quality and following policies.

I was just doing research on the same thing, and the RealAds was one of those boards I frequented before making my decision.

I have seen people succeed with both.So I would focus on the quality rather than the type

It's clear that older Google Ads accounts are best for all products, and it's crucial to have a large number of accounts to run Black Hat products because accounts get banned very quickly with Black Hat ads. The only way is to use multiple older accounts running simultaneously, combined with Google Invoices to get unlimited daily spending credits, to effectively expand spending on Google Ads.

I found the RealAds sales thread while researching this, it has some good points to compare.

All seven niches are launched primarily using older Google accounts. They provide a higher launch probability and reliability

from what ive seen theres probably some difference between old and new accounts but honestly its not that huge. ive worked with both and if the setup is done right a new account can perform just as good as an aged one. it depends more on your technical setup, how you warm up the account and what niche your in. people overhype aged accounts alot imo

for an old ad account to work, it really needs to have ad spent history, and have a good cloaker.

other than that, testing is always the way to go to see what works and what doesn't

It really depends on what are you doing and yes it's important if you are doing black/grey hat campaigns.

I think even new warmed accounts with some cloaking technics gonna help you so no need to buy expensive ones and get scammed lol

The main advantage of aged accounts comes from the accumulated real data and good account history, not simply because of the account’s age. Therefore, they are usually easier to scale compared to new accounts.

However, even so, a clean and stable new account that is properly maintained over time can outperform an aged account with an unknown source. ;)
