I am searching from many hours for cheap .com domain with free whois . few years ago godaddy was best to buy in 0.99$ & namecheap also but right now no-one offer such. any idea please ?

The cheapest at the moment seems to be Dynadot, $6.99 (the amount of domains is not limited), but if you're OK with a "just one domain per customer" option, there certainly are cheaper ones.
