Looking to buy avs vcc for paypal

I'm looking to buy avs vcc for paypal.
I used to get them from secondeye (aka forwardz) but he doesn't reply to email / privet massage / skype.

Can someone recommend on someone that deal with it ? (that has good reputation - not noobies)

Also, can i use gift card that i bought at walmart to put it in paypal?
