Looking to blow up party

I want to run the script I did a few years back when I got a lot of interest for a party of mine. I already have a couple freelancers working on my project but it's unclear if either can pull this off and they've been mixed with communication. I'm hoping to really blow this party over the moon and will pay if you can deliver. The marketing consultants I worked with back in the day really delivered and fast -- I want someone like that again. All money through venmo, you deliver and I get the ticket sales. Once the party blows up I wouldn't mind driving app downloads specifically after.
