Looking to automate @replies to non followers

I am new to this, so my apologies if this is a dumb question

What I would like to do is be able to automate an at reply message to non followers
For example, There is a Twitter user, who has followers I want to target.
Is there a way to automate an reply that will post to the timeline of every single follower on that list?
Like for example "twitteruser, check out my message"

I tried using Twitter Blaster Pro, but it seemed it was trying to send DM, and I was getting an error from Twitter, that I cant message people I dont follow.

Is there a way to do what I want, and not get banned by twitter?

Any suggestions?

So far, I have never known of such. I'd be interested to know if such can be accomplished too, although I have a feeling it's not possible.

Tweet Attacks does @replies. But this is a method in which you burn accounts, so make sure you got quite a few accounts.

As stated above, you will definitely get banned for doing this. It's a method that brings a lot of complaints, but also brings a lot of clicks.
