Looking to add everyone in my town. Possible?

So I live in a small (50,000 people) American town in Massachusetts. I want to send a friend request or possibly even a page invite to everyone in my town.

Does anyone know of a way that will not get me banned?

yeah, but not at all of them have a social page on internet right?, how if all of them is 70 years old LOL

Get friends, family, ect. to "Suggest to Friends" and use the js code to invite all friends.

There's plenty of services that can target FB users by niche, location, etc.. Should be easy enough to scrape their location. Just look around.
