Looking into buying installs on windows.

At my work, we want to promote our software, and make revenues from the ads.
So far everything is fine.... We plan on buying PPI from those fat PPI companies.

I personally think it would be really cool for us to buy installs directly from app developers.
So yesterday we prepared a page to sign up developers as affiliates ... Optionally we can also share revenues on the ads our app generate.
The thing is that I am not sure on how to promote it. Beside BHW. (I am waiting for my post count to be over 18 to PM the admin)

Any inputs would be more than welcome. Please let me know.
