look like to be very common but no clue what give this default webpage.

I know, but this is a default webpage, not WP, Apache or IIS default webpage.
This look like to be an image, kind like a docker people use, but they are using a very old version with many exploit.
So many people use those type of page for scam or spam.

Knowing the service, will to find the images they use to patch it.
