Looking For Youtube Videos

Hello!

Anyone know where I can find a cheap/reliable youtube video creator? Or even a service? Would even take a suggestion for software that helps with making videos fast and just do it myself. Dont want to spend hours creating and editing.

Looking to have informational videos made, just general facts from around the internet. No more than 5 minutes. 1080p res would be great. Not looking for crazy edits or anything

If you want to fully outsource the process, you only need to come up for a video idea, and upload the video. Go on fiver and find someone to write a script for a video (it will cost you about 15-20$), find someone to shoot a voiceover (or you could do this yourself) because it can get expansive. And finally, you need someone to actually edit the video. (this will cost you around 20-50$)
