Looking for youtube uploaders

I usually upload between 1-2k youtube videos per month. I want someone to take that responsibility away from me as it is taking away from other things like content creation, and etc.

Here's what I want you to do:

Everyday I will send you between 1-3 already made videos about 1-2 minutes in length with a series of keywords sometimes over a 100. I will provide you with around 3-4 youtube accounts. Some times I will give you one video with around 50 different titles. Your responsibility will be to edit the video in such away that it does not trigger duplicate video.

Usually the only change in a title is one word. For example if my niche was something local, I would give you the same title, and have you change only the city or state in every title to make it targeted to that specific state or city.

If you want to take on this job I am willing to pay .10 per upload. Remember I usually upload around 1-2k videos every month and sometimes 3k. If you are up for the challenge PM ME. Again I am only willing to pay .10 per upload because that is plenty fair. Don't PM ME if you are not familiar with youtube marketing.

are you familiar with YT's new policy of 'original content' ? if the video is the same Youtube will penalize the ones after the first registered (the one with the farthest record date) and keep them sandboxed. Except for the first uploaded video, even if the title is different, none of them will show Had some problems with this in the past and i was able to solve them rather quickly.
Also you can't upload the same video on the same account twice, no matter what title you give it! So for 50 versions of the same video you'll need 50 accounts.
I can do it on the same account though (the advantages of knowledge are enormous) and you won't see a difference in the video (no watermarks, no speed traps, same sound...everything is the same... except it's not in the eyes of the almighty YT)

Do some testing and you'll see what i'm talking about. I first noticed this after i ripped a YT video and after a few weeks of being on the first page the video would only show for exact title searches and after that, even if the video was on my account and still live ... basically only the people who had the link to the video could see it (and no, it wasn't private)

Shoot me a PM with a better offer as reediting and uploading videos from different IP's isn't a job worth .10 even if you trow 3000 videos at me.

Also i can re-edit them in a snap so time doesn't become an issue

Nice idea...!! Want to learn more about youtube marketing..! Youtube really grown so far and the traffic are awesome so take advantage if you want some branding online and traffic for your site...
