Looking for Youtube scraper/uploader bot. Requirements inside

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a bot that can scrape popular videos based on keyword, add some pre-defined audio to the beginning of the video, and re-upload them to a random account in my pool of accounts? Proxy support would most likely be required.

If something like this doesn't exist. Any idea how much it would cost to have it developed? Thanks

I believe either would be great, possibly some sort of simple intro image would probably be good. Or, if the video audio could be lowered, with the music playing on top of it, that would work as well.
