Looking for YouTube Flagging Bot

I'm looking for someone who can create a Youtube flagging bot as my private google+ hangouts keep getting raided by a specific select few people who watch me on Youtube. I guess they're using a program called snagsnitch or something in order to get into my video calls privately, in any case, they have recorded parts of my private hangout and uploaded them to youtube. Of course, I can file a dmca, but dmca's can be instantly appealed if you don't have a court order to make them stay down.

Secondly if a video gets flagged for inappropriate content, there is not way to restore the video, no appealing process, hence why I want someone who has the proper knowledge who could get one working for me. I can't send any DM's until I have 15 posts, but if you have something please message me.
