Looking for youtube ctr bot or ranking method

Hello BHW,

I’m in the YouTube cheating niche and there’s a kid I’ve been watching who can rank videos instantly.

Every upload hits #1–#3 on search within minutes — even on fresh accounts. I’ve personally seen him do it across 3 different channels, ranking all of them for the same keywords.

From talking to him, it’s clearly not a public SMM panel. He’s mentioned it’s a private bot, with ongoing costs for proxies and he’s extremely tight-lipped about it. Any time I asked for details, the only response I ever got was: “private bot.”

What makes it obvious this isn’t a low-quality panel:
  • Views and likes come in in real time (you can literally watch them update live)
  • No instant “spawn” of engagement
  • Looks like CTR manipulation + engagement boosting done properly
  • The rankings actually stick
I’ve also seen tweets claiming he can rank #1 for virtually any low competition keyword using a blackhat method and based on what I’ve seen firsthand, it’s legit.

It might work for now, but it’s hard to believe it will keep working for long.
 
Its most likely controlled CTR and engagement manipulation. These setups exist and can work for a while but theyre expensive , dont hold forever once conditions change.
 
Perhaps he has a phone farm and uses real devices combined with some inhouse automation on those devices.

I've known some people who could do very solid automation on new model iphones and they could get away with alot lol
 
That's pretty nice. It might involve some kind of real traffic. As for the bot, I think Selenium can watch YouTube video's pretty well.
 
When timing, velocity and user behavior line up, rankings can move fast, but maintaining that consistency is the hard part.

It seems like he is gatekeeping his method, I don't know what is the difficulty of the keywords but it is really simple to rank to low - mid keywords within 20 minutes, I see such cases on daily basis, it is not that complicated, you just need to use the right services ;)
 
From the outside, it usually looks like a mix of strong CTR, early engagement signals, and timing rather than a single magic tool. Methods like that often work until YouTube tightens detection, so what sticks short term isn’t always sustainable long term.

Those instant ranking tricks may work short term, but they often get channels flagged or banned later.
A safer approach is to let the video get organic reach first and only add a small boost (around 10%) so it looks natural.
