Hi I am new to ebay so I dont know if I am missing something obvious but I have a product that can be sold to anywhere and doesn't have to be shipped because it is digital, but all my buyers are uk based and none from anywhere else. How do I reach buyers from outside of the uk?

How about just listing on their sites, for example ebay.de, ebay.ch, ebay.com etc?

Yes, or set to worldwide, then everyone can see your listing.
