If you get gravity forms you can create a text field and name it whatever you like for the coupons.
It also supports plugins itself and is just great all around.

Agreed on the gravity form suggestions. I've been using it for a few years and only recently figured out how expandable it is. It's fairly easy to set up different triggers to take it further from just a contact form. For instance, you can build a link that lets your readers report inaccurate content from any page.

As well with using gravity forms, there are lots of plugins you can integrate with it to assist with building a custom form.

If you're using Woocommerce for whatever reason, check out the plugin "Woocommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife". You will be able to create custom fields, change label names and do a whole lot of other cool things with it too, very handy.

    Hi,

You can do this with our WordPress form builder plugin CaptainForm. You can create custom coupon codes and assign them to your order form. It's possible to create as many coupon codes as you need or want, you can specify what type of discount it generates( fixed or percentage) and what the amount is. Your customers will apply the coupons directly on your form. There are many other useful features... if you think it suits your needs, check it out.
