looking for wordpress plugin that will

anyone know of a wordpress plugin that will

1. stop the blog from pinging every time it is posted to AND

2. ping just once a day...maybe with all the post from the day

anyone know of a wordpress plugin that say you have 30 or so places to ping on your wordpress blog and each time it pings its self, it will pick at random maybe 5 on your ping list , instead of all of them...
