hey. i am looking for some type of wordpress tool that can move ALL my posts from my one blog to another blog of mine, so i don't have to do this manually. does something like this exist? i will appreciate any help. thank you.

Dump the database, pull the section with posts out, and upload using phpmyadmin

You can also use the plugin called "duplicator". Its free.
