Not sure who on here does this but I want to rent a windows VPS on a daily rate (super short term) and I would 10-20 per a week.

I didn't quite understand. You want to do what 10-20 times a week? I know some hourly web hosting providers, but not daily. But it's all a question of setting up the right billing system.

Amazon ec2, you pay by the hour as low as 0.01 cent a hour

^ in addition to that, i've also used azure and hp's cloud computing (not sure what the name is). I used their 1 month free plan and hp offers 3 months worth of free cloud computing.

Yep those are pretty much your main choices, amazon and win azure and possibly some other cloud company. No regular company specializing in servers rents for such a short time, has to be on demand based.
