Looking for windows VPS like THRUSTVPS that doesn't require verified paypal

Hello,
I used to always buy servers from thrustvps and was satisfied, now they took that stupid decision of making purchases available only to those who have verified paypal. My paypal is bank verified but my indian CC won't allow me to verify it and am not the owner so can't risk buying a VCC.

SO, I need a vps seller (windows) who offers many choices and good service like thrustvps!
