Picoworkers is probably your best bet right now, its basically what Microworkers used to be before it went downhill. The quality is hit or miss but you can filter workers by rating and location. Another option is running your own tasks on places like Upwork or Fiverr but youll pay more per task. For Reddit specifically though you might want to look into buying aged accounts directly instead of hiring people to post, the accounts matter more than the posting service. What kind of subreddits are you targeting?
