Just a quick technological hint to everyone: Depending on how similar a similar page is supposed to look like you can leverage the Social Engineering Toolkit (SET). It has a function to replicate websites 1:1.

Just saying, if you just want to copy a website design (static website), then it is very easy, you just need to scrape it (search for website copier in Google) and you can then adapt their css/html. But well, if you do not know anything about html and css, maybe better let someone else do the job.
