Looking for: Website builder & adviser for dropshipping ecommerce business plan

Looking for someone who can fulfill the following duties and please mention your price for consulting and building the website.
I do have a website I would like to mimic so it should be fairly easy. It's almost just like a shopify template as I only have a 3 categories of clothes I would like to sell.

- Someone who can help me build a dropshipping website that will be selling custom clothing and ship worldwide with the supplier shipping from china. Orders will be directly uploaded to the supplier, so maybe help set up an employee log in so the supplier can only access orders for shipping and no other information.

- Help show me the steps while creating the website so I can properly add new items for sale and know how to Add/Edit/Remove photos throughout the website

- Help set up PayPal, BTC, other payment options in the website

- Knowledgeable in online marketing and how to get my website more traction

- Knowledgeable with domain/web hosting in other countries for best possible results for the website
