looking for webhosting in several coutnries

Hey, I'm looking for hosting (shared) in several countries (the server should have that country IP):

1. Netherlands
2. Germany
3. Italy
4. Canada

They must be able to accept paypal and they need to be dirt cheap

Can anyone assist me please?
