I am looking to outsource for web design.... in other words; "I am looking to work for you".

Not sure if I am asking this in the right section... but here's the deal.


I've watched several wordpress videos and I am still not ready to become a freelancer. I need the cash and I need to build some income. I run into so many potential clients, but can never fulfill their needs myself. Therefore, I want to outsource.

I have no skype at the moment... not really running off my own computer to be downloading apps on other people's computer. However, If you can PM or Post if you are interested.

Also include... how would we go by payments? security?

This is quite confusing. You came off as hiring web designers, but it sounds like you are a web designer and want more skilled designers to collab with?
Are you looking for work - or looking to have others help you with work?

I am thinking I need to get out my ten foot pole on this one.

E for effort, but define your own terms as an Freelancer or be a broker for the leads you got coming in.

Ask what is your time worth per hour. Second ask yourself what is the easiest way for you to receive money in a manner you can spend. (Check, bank account transfer, paypal, google checkout???). Define your own terms and success will follow.

Are you at any one address? maybe a trade for leads on work and if I land work from it. Then I can mail you one of my old laptops to get you started???

Bravo for learning WordPress and wanting to take it to the next level.
