Looking for Web Designers AND Web Developers for huge project

Hello, I know I am new to this site, but I am not sure where else to go to find some good, experienced designers and developers.

First off, this is a hard task, it will take work, BUT, it will pay off, I guarantee.

I am looking for a team too work with to get this site done within a month tops, beta version at least.
I am going to do all the thinking, brainstorming and all the other stuff, I just need 2-4 people to design and code the site.
