Looking for web designer

Hi I am looking for someone to help me with a basic 2 - 3 page website nothing to crazy just basic but needs to stand out. Also maybe someone can recommend a good user friendly software for someone new to web designing that I can try myself . right now i am using some tools from the place i bought my domain but it is just basic and i need something that i can do a little more custom work with
