Looking for web designer and coder [html, css, php]

As the title says I'm in a need of a web designer who can code the actual website. Sites are simple html/php landing pages but you need to be really good at photoshop and know how to code decently. I will provide to you some sample sites and you'll tell me if you can make something close to them without copying/scraping anything from them. PM me with a portfolio if you have one.
