Looking for VPS with windows setup!

Hello,

First of I know there are many vps providers in the marketplace but I'm a little bit
confused and was hoping someone could help me out.

I need a small windows vps which I can connect to remotely from my computer.
I'll be running a small data scraping software using proxies.

I'm not a huge tech person so I'm not sure which one I should pick that offers me
to connect to it via remote desktop connection and install/run the software's I
want to use.

I think all BST thread in Hosting for VPS should work for you.
1GB VPS should be enough for low scraping.

For speed or get more software run, consider more GB of Ram or SSD-Cached or SSD/SAS plans.

Personally I've been using SolidSeoVPS and their support is awesome, prices seem fair to me and service is good. I've used them to run GSA and now for some twitter software with proxies. No issues as of yet.
