what is the best vps with preinstalled tools?
I am mainly interested in video/pdf/article submitting tools.

Up to now, Scrapebox is the only tool I am using and I want to try out a couple of tools before I buy them. Thus I am looking for a vps with a wide range of tools.

Many of the tools such as senuke offer free trials.

take your time with this decision. I see so many posts whinging about preloaded SEO VPS's

Most of them are extremely laggy - I'd stay away.

yes, agreed, they are cheap and sounds great but you'll get what you paid
