Go for contabo linux vps and install windows over it,
There are a couple of youtube videos showing the process,
One of the best prices you can get for monthly long lasting VPS with decent resources,
Just make sure to use a clean windows distro or upload one yourself,
It's a different a little bit more complicated process than using the typical ready iso files, but worth the time,

You register, they give you $200 to test the platform, and you have 1 month free to put two Windows VPS with 8GB of RAM each machine.
