Looking for a host with just tons of freedom ya know... Signed up with spamahost... waiting on them to sort things out but im really anxious and don't know if I can wait... any suggestions.. thanks people and bless your SOULS!!!

You can try Hostamus.
Unless you are looking for a linux machine, in which case, you should probably go for hetzner, hostgator, or liquidweb.

Hostamus and hostwinds are the ones I can recommend personally.
I've heard good things about xsservers.eu as well.

some illegal sellings of some products and what not.. nothing morally wrong.. no kiddie no fucking animals or anything like that.. just want some solid hosting for some services i can personally provide for people in my niche... you know?
