Hi guys

Can anyone recommend a reliable offshore host which ignores DMCA. Because I just received a take down notice from my Host (World$tream nl)

Code:

We were forced to take down this website by a dutch copyright holder Stichting Brein

They are asking me to remove my entire site, so I am looking to transfer it to a VPS offshore hosting. thanks

try servedome or wachahost.

VPS usually have very small disk space, which is not good for video hosting.

You should go with a cheap dedi server (one with a lower power CPU):

Thanks Guys, I am now looking for russian hosting now because I don't think its safe to host movie site linking on netherland anymore.

Question, how did you register your domain name? From what I have been told, if you have bullet proof hosting and they cant get to do, your domain registrar can cancel your domain name... Would appreciate some clarification.

@mullet Short answer, yes they can seize your domain. There are registrars which aren't so compliant. Google search "offshore domain registrar" there are plenty of companies out there like katzglobal.

Thanks. I've been looking for an offshore vps as well. Serverdome's pricing is much cheaper than other offshore vps companies.
