I am looking for VCC which verify adcenter/bing account, and than I need to fill it with vouchers.

If there is somebody who can provide me with that stuff, please send me your skype contact, I am looking for long term.

VCC's do not work with AdCenter nor Adsense.

I tried using VCC's from Fiverr to activate my Bing Ads account and it worked. However, my account gets closed like 10 minutes later...

no vccs are needed for adcenter if you know how to do it....shoot me a pm i can provide preloaded adcenter accounts.

How come VCCs are getting banned? banks say that vcc looks just like any other cc, do i need to have the right billing addrs thats on the actual cc account?
