Since I'm not European and don't have a European bank account, I have a lot of trouble purchasing items.

My company recently needed to process a large number of orders using European payments. I will pay a 5% handling fee on each order as your payment.

Won't a payment processor like adyen solve this?
 
wiqipay(dot)com? I use it to generate payment links, maybe it can help you.
 
You can set up virtual accounts at Wise or Revolut. They handle Visa/PayPal inflows and quick setups for non-EU users.
