Looking for virtual assistant with moderate English skills

I am looking for Virtual Assistant to do link building tasks.
The only requirement is moderate English skills so you could write normal forum post or blog comment.
You may need to learn how to use some tools so quick learning is an advantage.

The payment will be discussed individually. It can be hourly rate or based on work done.

Glad it's a "normal" job.
The last few Virtual Assistant jobs were related to e-whoring only lol.
