Hey there I am looking to add someone to my team. I want a good hardworking honest Virtual Assistant to work with me on a daily basis.

A knowledge of SEO would be a huge plus and you should be able to work automously

Some Examples of the roles you will be performing
- Forum posting
- Contacting via PM people on forums and getting them to perform actions
- Managing an Email inbox
- Creating Forum and Email Accounts
- Backlinking and other SEO activities

Bonuses will be awarded upon the completion of tasks

Dont worry you will be looked after if your work is good enough!

be really careful I tried to hire about 10 people from here for a similar thing

1. they were here one day going the next as they actually had to do work
2. they did tasks that took 1 minute about 4 hours
3. some could not copy/paste
4. their internet speeds were so low as to not be able to do tasks online
5. the excuses you get - dog sick etc etc

so if you find someone good make sure you reward them cause in my case 10/10 sucked.
 
Dude I swear we probably hired the same person!

I have had some outsourcing disasters - from 'national holiday' to 'sore foot' I have had every excuse in the book not to do my (forum posting) work.

I agree that once you find someone good you have to give them a thick bonus as its such a needle in a haystack effort finding someone competent
 
I haven't done such thing in the past, but I might give a try of your services if you are willing to give me a try too. You might as well not pay me the first day just to try how it will work for both of us.

Also note that I am not in the USA, so I will still have one excuse - sleeping at night. I am free through the whole day though and in front of the PC.

I know that I am not reputable at this forum, but that's because I rarely login here, I have a high-profile, reputable account at DP though.

I have good experience with web-development, SEO and link building. I can also do forum posting, as long as it's nothing that will get me in trouble (e.g. illegal).

By the way, I have got good knowledge of SEO and stuff and I would be glad to become your Virtual Assistant, I love to do the job that you are asking, he he thats how my blog got an alexa ranking of 160,000 :)

I can work for you and give great result..thing is i donot work per hour basis..i rather prefer per project basis..You give me a project spec..i quote a time and money..and complete the work strictly under that time..if thats fine with you..you can contact me :)
