I could potentially do this in After effects but HELL would it be a massive pain. I am looking for something similar to http://www.sparkol.com/home.php
But free or VERY cheap... Or cracked..

Sparkol looks very cool. Normaly I buy Videotemplates from Videohive with the same style and edit it in After Effects. Not expensive 10-30 USD per Template

Yes but I wanted to be able to completely customize and make sure the hand is fluid with it.

I have been using sparkol for the last year or so. Great and easy to use. Good selection of files, too

there is a crack on nulledphp (google it)
