Looking for video embed plugin with this feature...

I am working on a Wordpress blog and on the home page I'd like to embed a video but to the side of the video player, I would like to have a window or similar with links to other videos. When a visitor clicks on one of the other video links, it will appear in the video player and autoplay. Does anyone know a plugin that can accomplish this? Thanks
