Looking for VCC for VPS providers!

The title says it i would like to buy a VCC with like 1$ in it . To use it on Azure,Aws,Google Cloud. I could pay via Paypal gift.

I tried on AWS and it did not work for me.
Tried on Google Cloud. Got the account activated but later the account got suspended even before creating the VPS instance.
Worked well for other services i tried.

By the way i got a free VCC from his giveaway thread.
