Looking for VA with Photoshop skills

I am looking for a VA that's well versed with Photoshop and can help us take off some workload.

The task is easy: Cut out a face from the photos we provide and apply it to our custom PSD-document.

Each task takes around 5 min to complete, sometimes 10 min. Right now we have around 15 of these tasks DAILY. In the coming months we estimate we will be at around 20 or so each day.

Obviously looking for lowest price possible, we'd like to pay around $5 per hour.
