Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting article drafts into HTML, selecting appropriate images, uploading articles to target websites, and updating work progress in Google Sheets.
Responsibilities:
1. Convert article drafts into HTML using https://markdowntohtml.com/.
2. Choose the best-fitting image for each article from the Midjourney prompt provided in the drafts. The cost for Midjourney services will be covered.
3. Upload the articles in draft form to our target websites, which are based on both Shopify and WordPress platforms.
4. Set up meta descriptions and image uploads for each article.
5. Regularly update work progress in Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress platforms.
2. Proficiency in HTML.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
4. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
5. Experience with Google Sheets is a plus.
Payment:
This position will be paid on an hourly basis. We are open to hiring multiple Virtual Assistants for this project and will compare the capital efficiency of their performance. Must be able to accept Venmo, Paypal or Wise.
