Looking for US traffic (that convert) for my cpa program

Hey...anybody here can provide me traffic that perform great to my cpa program (easy 1 page submit)? The traffic should be from US, UK, Canada or Australia only.

Note: to people who want to sell me re-direct traffic from expired domain, don't bother, since this traffic/clicks won't convert for me (tried many times before). I would prefer traffic coming from youtube visitors, visitors from high traffic sites like gumtree/CL etc

This guy Buycheap_trafficnow is just a scammer. He promised me traffic service that mostly from US and stick for 2-4 mins. But after $40 payment, he just saying he has created the traffic panel to see the real stats at http://www.ads01.com, but no traffic at all until now. and no traffic delivered until today...

He said he's the admin of that site. Well I think his name is josh mcvey as you can see at http://whois.domaintools.com/ads01.com, and he has 32 other sites too. So I think, web4africa.net is also good enough for the scammers to register the domains there.

I think he's banned already...
