Looking for US Facebook Ads accounts 'rent' (read)

I need to access working US facebook ads account, i won't run any type of ads (maybe a 1$ one if you have not ran any ads in the last 10 days). Only thing i need it for is the support channels (i will use both the live chat and the email form). What i will do has 0 chances to limit or disable your account.
Pm me with your prices, consider carefully what i wrote because i'm not looking for those people that sell ad accounts for $1k+, i'm more looking for people that rent them and in that case consider that i wouldnt even run ads
